What Affiliates Are Telling Us
"It's just way easier to sell Alpha and Lucid right now because that's what my entire community is already using. #1 thing is just having accounts I would pick to trade myself over others." — top creator affiliate
"Less than 30% of my community was trading with us when I was solely promoting TOF and my social media was exploding. The community does not trust us whatsoever. 2.0 launch is the first step — communication, giveaways, incentives won't move volume if next to none of their communities will touch us." — diamond-tier affiliate, written ahead of next call
"People really like no-activation-fee accounts. Top One Elite Daily is a decent amount more expensive than the competing accounts." — second creator affiliate
"We can't just do what the affiliates want. They either promote us and make money or don't. The biggest needle mover IMO is doing everything we can to get a big pop for 2.0 — recruiting new affiliates and getting our bigger affiliates that promoted us at the beginning back onboard." — internal (Austin)
What We Can Fix Now (Affiliate Side)
- Centralized communication + accountability (Issue 1)
- Asset hub with personalization (Issue 3)
- Onboarding that activates new partners in 7 days (Issue 4)
- White-glove CRM with milestone + birthday touchpoints (Issue 5)
- SOPs + macros so every PSM answer is consistent (Issue 6)
- Recruitment engine to bring in new blood (Issue 9 — NEW)
- Community + recognition + VIP lounge (Issue 2)
- Affiliate-exclusive offers their audience can't get elsewhere (Issue 8)
- Two senior hires landing Monday (Issue 7)
What 2.0 Has To Fix (Product Side)
- Account simplification: 1 OG instant funded + 1 daily + 1 flex eval — close enough to competition without subsidizing it
- True instant payouts (bank-instant, not just approved)
- Dashboard: instant account upgrade from eval to funded
- Rithmic / Tradesea support (lots of traders use this)
- Live program revamp — Lucid/Tradeify-style: 4 sim payouts before live or ~$30K threshold, 2-week receive, 2-week cooldown, separate structure for high-level partners
- Trust rebuild: stop changing rules post-launch, zero payout denials without cause, KYC fraud caught early, clear purchase caps to prevent sim-farming bans
- Pricing competitiveness — Elite Daily reads expensive vs. no-activation-fee competitors
The Diagnosis
The "communication" framing is partially right but it misses the bigger signal. What affiliates are actually telling us is that their audiences won't trade products they don't believe in. Lucid Flex (0% consistent funded, 50% eval, no activation fee depending on sale) is what their communities are already using. Communication, assets, and CRM fix the support layer — that's the work we can ship this week. The 2.0 launch fixes the product layer — that's the work that determines whether the support layer matters.
The play this week: get the affiliate-side house in order, hire Lance + Kevin, build the recruitment system. Then ride 2.0 with a tight, ready-to-fire affiliate machine — including reactivating the big affiliates who promoted us early, when sentiment was warm.

What This Means for 2.0
Lucid Flex is winning on one-time pricing + zero daily loss limit on funded + same-day Plaid payouts. The diamond-tier affiliate's preference is rational — his community wants those rules. Verified: $0 activation, zero funded consistency, 5 winning days at $100+/day for payout all confirmed.
Alpha Prime is the standout on path to live capital — real $10K live account + monthly salary + strategy calls. Affiliate explicitly flagged our live program as undocumented and a gap.
Top One leads on payout volume signaling ($24M+ paid) and daily payout cadence on Elite Daily. The gap is monthly recurring vs Lucid's one-time and daily loss limit existing where Lucid's is zero.
2.0 priorities flagged by this analysis: (1) consider one-time pricing for at least one product line, (2) drop or raise daily loss limit on a flagship account, (3) document and tighten the sim-to-live program (4 sim payouts or ~$30K, 2-week receive, 2-week cooldown — per affiliate feedback), (4) verify Plaid-speed payouts (1-15 min approval, same day to bank), (5) consider "100% of first $10K" trust-builder à la Lucid.
